Dropping Into Relaxation To attach With Nature

Apart from putting your consciousness and focus on your tactile sensations of one’s outer skin whilst in a feeling of relaxation, another way to heighten this sense would be to feel the objects and components of the wilderness about you. Merely discover an element of nature that you really feel drawn to. Whether that is a rock, or a tree, or perhaps a branch, some soil or perhaps a leaf. Then gradually run your finger tips along this object and notice how it feels.

You’ll likely also discover that the slower you move your finger tips along this object then the greater you’ll feel within your tactile perception. If you run your fingers gradually against this object then you will start to be conscious of a great deal much more textures. You will be more aware of how that object feels in the event you run your fingers gradually along it. Going slowly permits you to become with much more of all the way the object feels against the tips of your fingers.

Then notice how the object feels along the palm of one’s hand and how different this feels with the feeling along your finger tips. Again, move slowly and also you will discover you pick up a lot more of all the sensations. A great deal more of the sensation against your skin.

Next attempt unique parts of one’s body. Slowly rub your cheek across the object and discover how this feels against the skin on your cheek. If you have chosen a tree with tough bark you will probably know why cats like to rub their cheeks against sticks if you do this.

Similarly with the back of your elbow. How does the object you have been drawn to really feel along the rear of one’s elbow? Against the back of one’s hand? How about across the front of your knee? And also the rear part of one’s neck? What about on the soles of one’s foot? Just notice how this object feels against different parts of your system as you touch these parts slowly against it. Explore the object with different components of one’s skin.

You will probably notice you get to pick up a great deal more detail about the object you’re with by feeling it with unique parts of your body. That you will pick up a great deal more textures and create a nearer connection with the object you are with.

After you’ve been with the object while feeling a degree of relaxation and heightened your perception of tactile touch you can then go for your wander and notice the way it feels as you naturally get drawn towards the different textures about you. Go on the sensation wander where ever you’re feeling drawn. Heading from object to object against the wilderness, feeling the unique sensations against the unique parts your skin as you go. Noticing how the leaves really feel against your arms as they brush by. Noticing how the dry leaves really feel against the soles of your foot. Noticing how the branches really feel against the top of one’s head as they move within your hair.
